Small farmholders in Sidamo, in the Guji region of Ethiopia, came together to produce this outstanding coffee. It is an organicaly grown (uncertified), and natural processed coffee with a lower acidity. Growing at a higher elevation forms a more dense coffee bean resulting in a more complex and deep flavored coffee with notes of blueberry, plum, spice and chocolate.
At a Vienna Roast, the coffee is well balanced with a moderately low acidity.
