Colombian coffees are known to be full-flavored, bold and very versatile. We feel this decaf is no less impressive, offering a great, smooth flavor, mildly acidic, with no harsh bitter taste. 97% of caffeeine is removed using ethyl acetate, a poduct derived from sugar cane giving it a mild, natural sweetness.
